Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders within the U.S.A. via USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of receiving the order unless otherwise stated. Some of our custom jewelry lines are drop shipped by the designers and may take up to a week to ship due to creating and making the jewelry. Once we ship out your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number. Most packages take 2-3 business days to be delivered by USPS.
Currently we are also sending International packages with tracking information to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Gautemala, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and United Kingdom. If your country is not listed and are interested in placing an order on Bogatte, please contact us with your request. 
Note: Bogatte is not responsible for returned packages from the Post Office. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that apartment, studio, etc. numbers are included. If for some reason Bogatte receives a returned package, in most cases it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs for Bogatte to send out the package again.
Privacy & Security
We keep all your information private and would never sell your information to third parties. We also do not keep Credit Card information on file for security purposes.
Returns & Replacements
If for some reason you would like to return your item(s), please contact Bogatte within 14 days of invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of the return package back to Bogatte. Once we receive the item and approve it be in restockable condition; no signs of wear, tags still attached, then we will refund you the cost of the item back into your account. We do not refund shipping costs. No returns or refunds on sale items, hair accessories, bodysuits and flower crowns.

To view past orders, log into your account found at the top right of every page. From your My Dashboard, view past orders, wishlists, recent reviews & tags and more!
